Contact us via email – ask directly for a quotation of the sample tour that caught your eye by clicking “Request a Quote”, or, email us directly with your preferences.

Contact us via phone – we are “real” people and happy to chat, so we’ll work around your schedule to speak at a time that’s convenient to you.

Tell us when you’re coming; what you’d like to see and do … Let us know your interests, your wishes, your priorities, your pace, your budget etc. We listen to you to ensure that we offer you your perfect tour itinerary – a private tour just for you that ticks all the boxes! The more information we have, the better!

We’ll modify the sample tour itinerary that caught your eye accordingly or we’ll put together our ideas and build you a tour from scratch.

No two trips are the same and we are here to design the trip that will be perfect for you. We listened to your thoughts and ideas and based on what you’ve shared with us, we’ll send you an initial proposal for your review.

We get involved and almost as excited as you! We know first-hand where you are going, what you will be experiencing and who you will be meeting, we know what an amazing trip awaits you and it is our job to convey that to you.

Let us know what you think! Like the itinerary as it is? Not a problem, we’ll convert it into its official format for confirmation, so head to Step 5 ☺
Would you like to change or add something? Not a problem, we’ll tweak things as many times as you want until your tour is completely perfect.

Once you’re happy with your itinerary a 40% deposit is required to confirm your tour, so that we can begin booking the key elements included, namely hotels. We accept payments by Visa or MasterCard credit card via our Online Secure Payment Platform and also bank transfers.

We will issue and send you your Tour Confirmation Receipt within 24 business hours after your payment. Up to a month before you travel we will send you your personal link to your very own (and very complete) Online Personal Travel Website – an added bonus with all your tour details plus our suggestions for your free time, restaurant recommendations and all the relevant links to places of interest. No need to waste your precious time surfing the net!

Your 60% Outstanding Balance Payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. If your tour is due to start in less than 30 days’ time then full payment is due upon confirmation.

On arrival your private chauffeur will be waiting to whisk you away to your hotel. Our representative will come to welcome you and you’ll also each receive a handy (and pretty!) Personal Travel Journal for easy reference during your tour. From now on, we’re on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will also be in touch along the way to check in with you either by phone, email or text message, your choice.
