Established in 1996, we are a specialist tour operator based in Spain, designing and running tailor-made food, wine and cultural journeys across Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy.
Every itinerary is built entirely by us – drawing on three decades of direct relationships with the winemakers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, guides, and places that define Southern European food culture. We do not resell other operators’ tours. We design and operate every journey ourselves.
Our clients are typically couples, families, and small groups of friends from North America, Australia, New Zealand and further afield – people travelling with curiosity and care, who want a private, well-paced journey that goes beyond the familiar.
